She writes legal opinions on issues in labour law, including on highly complex matters concerning working time, employee remuneration, reorganization processes, and improving employee qualifications. She assists employers in cooperating with employee representatives and in creating company rules and regulations.

She also specializes in personal data protection, in particular from the standpoint of employee personal data. She advises Clients on the safety procedures and policies that are in place in their work establishments from the perspective of EU regulations on the protection of personal data. She helps in creating appropriate documentation concerning personal data protection such as a personal data protection policy or a register of data processing activities. She conducts audits of employee documentation.

Author of numerous publications on labour law, social insurance, civil procedure, and the protection of personal data.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the American School of Law run by lectures from CUA, Columbus School of Law, in cooperation with the Jagiellonian University. She holds a doctorate degree in law.

A researcher at the School of Public Law at the University of Economics in Krakow and a lecturer at the College of Economics and Computer Science WSEI in Krakow. She conducts training for legal counsel trainees at the regional chamber of legal counsels in Krakow, and training for employers. Participant and speaker at numerous national and international scientific conferences. Consultant for law journals.
