We advise on issues related to the legality of their stay in Poland (especially the permit for permanent stay \u2013 a Schengen visa). We draw up appeals and complaints against administrative decisions for submission to administrative courts. Our expertise allows employers to shorten the waiting period for relevant documents and to optimize the costs of their hiring a foreigner.<\/p>\n<p>Polish law imposes a number of duties on an employer hiring at foreigner.
