Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Former Labour Court Judge. Expert of the Labour Law Codification Committee.<\/p>\n

An outstanding specialist in the field of labour law with broad experience in collective negotiations and broad litigation practice. He represents employers in disputes with employees, former employees, the social benefit authorities, or the National Labour Inspectorate PIP. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court. On a daily basis he handles especially complex legal issues troubling employers both in respect to individual and collective labour law. He advises in the process of employing members of managerial staff.<\/p>\n

He helps clients in making strategic decisions concerning employee groups of many thousands of members. He participates in negotiating social packages, collective labour agreements, employee manuals, and rules and regulations of remuneration. He advises in transfers of work establishments, collective redundancies, outsourcing, and temporary employment. He cooperates directly with the managements of capital companies and of directors of HR departments.<\/p>\n

One of the most renowned specialists in Poland in the area of the employment social activities, in particular in the context of a company social benefit funds. He also specializes in issues of social insurance, primarily in those connected with insurance premiums paid in case of different forms of employment.<\/p>\n

Lecturer at the School of Labour Law and Social Policy of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Economics in Krakow. He conducts trainings for trainees in the legal counsel profession at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
