Legal Counsel. Doctor of law, specializing in labor law (doctoral thesis entitled “The impact of an employee’s performance of control and supervisory activities related to the provision of public services on the scope of the employer’s authority” defended at the Jagiellonian University in 2021).<\/p>\n

He has been associated with the Law Firm since 2015. His interests include labor law, civil law and, above all, personal data protection law.<\/p>\n

In everyday practice, he prepares and reviews internal company acts (such as work regulations, remuneration regulations, social fund regulations), as well as broadly understood documentation in matters related to the employment relationship. Advises on establishing, modifying and terminating employment relationships. It helps employers communicate with trade unions. It prepares broadly understood documentation regarding the processing of personal data and evaluates individual data processing processes. Provides opinions and improves employers’ internal procedures in the field of labor law (including counteracting mobbing and discrimination, conducting video monitoring and other forms of employee control, checking sick leave, sobriety checks), as well as in the field of personal data protection (security policy, etc.) .).<\/p>\n

Prepares legal opinions on complex issues of significant importance for the functioning of workplaces and the processing of personal data by employers. He advises on actions taken by employers to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in workplaces.<\/p>\n

Experienced trainer. He conducts training in the field of labor law (including employee documentation, company social benefits fund, employee monitoring and control) and personal data protection (including GDPR in employment). On November 26, 2019, at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow, he also conducted a training for legal advisers entitled: “Legal dilemmas related to keeping employee documentation”. Participates in internal audits in the field of GDPR, monitoring and maintaining employee documentation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
