pleased to announce the establishment of a strategic partnership in the field of labor law essential for conducting a legal audit, applying remuneration principles, and developing a legal model of a remuneration system in compliance with the Labor Code and the so-called Wage Directive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our joint efforts will also address, among other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reporting legal violations in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and Directive 2019\/1937.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advising on the development of remuneration systems in accordance with the so-called Directive 2023\/970 on pay transparency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Directive 2022\/2041 on adequate minimum wages in the EU and, following it, regulations on collective bargaining agreements and other collective agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The EU Directive on so-called digital labor platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure
