In the newest Tracker:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The court in Czech Republic ruled that inadequate communication or lack of cooperation can justify dismissal if clear evidence is provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the Working Environment Act, Norwegian employer may legally terminate an employment relationship when the employee reaches the age of 72, without requiring any further justification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since 1 March 2025, all persons conducting business or undertaking in Queensland  (Australia) have been required to prepare and implement a prevention plan to manage
