On May 27, attorney-at-law Alina Gi\u017cejowska<\/strong><\/a> participated as a speaker in the conference entitled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobbing 2.0 \u2013 Employee Protection in the Realities of Modern Employment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

organized by the National Labour Inspectorate, the District Labour Inspectorate in Opole, and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Opole, where she delivered a presentation outlining the direction of amendments to the Labour Code in the area of mobbing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attorney-at-law Gi\u017cejowska summarized the event as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was one of the conferences in a series of meetings initiated by the Chief Labour Inspector in connection with the planned legislative changes proposed by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, aiming to expand employer obligations regarding the prevention of discrimination and mobbing in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was very well organized and, above all, intellectually engaging \u2013 the speakers addressed the issue of counteracting mobbing from various perspectives. There was also a fascinating discussion on whether mobbing should be classified as a separate criminal offence under the Penal Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me personally, the most thought-provoking presentation was delivered by attorney-at-law Dr. Micha\u0142 B\u0105ba from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Opole, entitled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artificial Intelligence Systems as Mobbing Systems<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

which demonstrated that this issue is no longer a matter of the future, but of the present.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
