- The court in Czech Republic ruled that inadequate communication or lack of cooperation can justify dismissal if clear evidence is provided.
- Under the Working Environment Act, Norwegian employer may legally terminate an employment relationship when the employee reaches the age of 72, without requiring any further justification.
- Since 1 March 2025, all persons conducting business or undertaking in Queensland (Australia) have been required to prepare and implement a prevention plan to manage identified risks of sexual harassment and sex or gender-based harassment in the workplace.
