We are pleased to announce the establishment of a strategic partnership in the field of labor law essential for conducting a legal audit, applying remuneration principles, and developing a legal model of a remuneration system in compliance with the Labor Code and the so-called Wage Directive.
Our joint efforts will also address, among other things:
- Reporting legal violations in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and Directive 2019/1937.
- Advising on the development of remuneration systems in accordance with the so-called Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency.
- Directive 2022/2041 on adequate minimum wages in the EU and, following it, regulations on collective bargaining agreements and other collective agreements.
- The EU Directive on so-called digital labor platforms.
