In her daily legal practice, she focuses on developing legal issues and opinions related particularly to employee documentation, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, and business transfers. She supports HR departments by creating and reviewing drafts of contracts and internal company regulations, including policies and procedures, also in English.

Additionally, she is involved in a broad range of compliance topics. She specializes in the area of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing and conducts training in this field. Her interests also include data protection.
