Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administation of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, he defended his master’s thesis at the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy. In 2015, he was entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Adviseres in Cracow. Maksymilian has been associated with A. Sobczyk i Współpracownicy since 2012.

As part of his practice, he deals with ongoing support for HR departments, in employee matters, both in the field of indiviudal and collective labour law. He has many years of experience in litigation, in which he represents employers in matters related to termination of employment, remuneration for overtime work, as well as in cases related to unequal treatment, mobbing or discrimination.

He draws up opinions on issues related to the obligations of the parties to the employment relationship, remuneration, collective redundancies and also prepares documentation related to the termination of the employment relationship.
