L&E Global Employment Law Tracker for October 2025

Every month, we follow developments in employment law around the world through the Employment Law Tracker prepared by L&E GLOBAL. It helps us identify workplace trends that are emerging abroad today and may soon become part of the conversation in Poland.

In the latest edition, three developments particularly caught our attention:

  • France – The French Supreme Labour Court recognised that sexual harassment may exist even where the conduct is not directed at a specific individual, as long as it creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.
  • Mexico – A legislative bill has been introduced to prevent employment discrimination against individuals over the age of 40. It is another example of age discrimination becoming an increasingly important focus of employment law reforms.
  • Ireland – The Workplace Relations Commission has updated its AI guidance following a recent Court of Appeal judgment. Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming part of the day-to-day practice of employment law.
