Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Former Labour Court Judge. In the Law Firm since 2011. Expert in the Labour Law Codification Committee between 2017 and 2018.
An outstanding specialist in the field of labour law with broad experience of collective negotiations and long-standing litigation practice. He represents employers in disputes with employees, former employees, the social benefit authorities, or the National Labour Inspectorate PIP. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court. On a daily basis he handles especially complex legal issues of employers both in the individual and collective contexts. He advises in the process of employing members of managerial staff.
He helps clients in making strategic decisions concerning employee groups of many thousands of members. He participates in negotiating social packages, collective labour agreements, employee manuals, and rules and regulations of remuneration. He advises in transfers of work establishments, collective redundancies, outsourcing, and temporary employment. He cooperates directly with the managements of capital companies and of directors of HR departments.
One of the most renowned specialists in Poland in the area of the employer’s duty to conduct social activities, in particular in the context of a company’s fund of social benefits. He also specializes in issues of social insurance, primarily in those connected with insurance premiums in different forms of employment.
Lecturer at the School of Labour Law and Social Policy of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Economics in Krakow. He conducts trainings for trainees in the legal counsel profession at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow. Author of several publications and educational and awareness-raising statements.
